Zelara Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be sent within 30 days after a return address is provided; otherwise, they will be ineligible.
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.

Final Sale – Discounted & Promotional Items
Items purchased at a discounted price, during a sale, or with any promotional code are considered Final Sale and not eligible for refunds. This includes items purchased during limited-time offers, automatic discounts, or marked-down pricing.
If your discounted item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including: – Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants) – Custom or personalized items – Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products) – Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If an exchange is accommodated, the order becomes ineligible for a refund.
