Zelara Shipping & Order Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to start a return. After we receive your return, we'll process your refund according to our return policy.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you're eligible for a reshipment or refund if your order is lost in transit.

Lost or Missing Packages

Zelara is not liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before submitting your order. If an error occurs on our end, we'll take full responsibility and resend your original order at no cost.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and could incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Processing time: 1–3 business days. All estimates exclude processing time and any customs or carrier delays.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. In some cases (such as free shipping), tracking may not be available.

If your tracking status shows "No information available at the moment," please note it can take 2–5 business days for carrier systems to update. If more than 5 business days have passed with no updates, contact us at zelaraco@gmail.com
